As usual always tip top advice from Nicholas. Have switched back to thinner socks from Stride as after many years my one toe was painful ( mortis feet) Worked like a charm 👏👏👏 Running a bit faster now so maybe my foot strike has changed slightly. Actually came 3rd in the 70+ age category at the Elsie’s River 10Km Race so vey pleased 😁 - Thanks so much for all the sound advice I receive from the Claremont Branch
