Product Details

The MAGIC SPEED 5 shoe features an energized ride so you can fly through your runs and races with more speed.

It's also approximately 50g lighter than the previous version.

FF LEAP cushioning and FF BLAST PLUS have been added to the midsole to create an elevated run experience and a highly energized toe-off.

When combined with a lower drop (7mm), a lower total stack height (reduced 6mm in the heel and 5mm in the forefoot from the previous version), and a reconfigured carbon plate, this shoe provides a responsive ride and better control.

Pronation
Pronation is part of the natural movement of the human body and refers to the way your foot rolls inward for impact distribution upon landing. Understanding your pronation type can help you find a comfortable running shoe. The MAGIC SPEED 5 is made for Neutral and Underpronation.
  • Underpronation
  • Neutral
  • Overpronation
Neutral

  • Foot type
    Normal size arches
  • Push Off
There is even distribution from the front of the foot.
  • How your foot contacts the ground
The foot lands on outside of the heel, then rolls inward (pronates) to absorb shock and support body weight.
Underpronation

  • Foot type
    High arches
  • Push Off
The pressure is on smaller toes on outside of foot.
  • How your foot contacts the ground
The outer side of the heel hits the ground at an increased angle with little or no normal pronation, causing a large transmission of shock through the lower leg.
