I had the pleasure of going to the sweat shop on Friday 26th June. I was the first customer in store and was assisted very quickly and efficiently. I don't think I have ever had such a great customer experience before. The gentleman assisting measured my foot, brought out various options, tested sizes and then watched carefully as I ran on the treadmill to check the foot strike and also got a second opinion from another colleague in store. While testing all the different shoe options applicable to my stride he put my shoes on and took them off again making me feel like royalty. He was very knowledgeable about the various brands and models. Well done on your service and expert staff - please don't change a thing!
