Aonijie Trail Running Trekking Poles make light work of uphill climbs on steep (eg mountainous) trails. Running poles allow you to get into a rhythm! They help with balance on steep descents by allowing you to probe for stable ground and assist in reducing the strain on your legs during long, hilly races.
