These are very comfortable shoes, no doubt about it. It has a nice size toe box, a well-cushioned sole, and the internal laces make for a very secure fit.
BUT within three or so weeks of light wear (one long but flat hike and a handful of trips to the office), I noticed the fabric on the tongue and some of the edges starting to fray (see pics). The sole is also wrinkling already. So, obviously I can’t return them because they are not in a “saleable condition”. (On the note of returns, I was told by the shop assistant I could only return the shoes within 7 days, but the website says 15.)
It feels like I spent a lot of money on a shoe that will likely only last a few months. The comfiness almost makes it worth it, but is clearly not enough to stop me leaving a salty review.
