The Great Experience

Chatted to Thembi telephonically, interrogated him with questions regarding running shoes. Paid the store a visit and once again Thembi did not disappoint. What a fine gentleman, knowledgeable, personable and made me feel at home. I never once felt that I was taking up his time, he was patient and provided several options with regards to the shoes. Remarkable.
