This running vest has been perfect. Most importantly, it does not cause any irritation/chafing for the nipples. The vest is also kind to my casual beer belly, which I appreciate a lot.

Pocket/compartment wise, there can be improvements. However, this is not for the long trail and I understand the decisions made in the design. It is ideal.

I know the shoes I wear well, having used the same brand for 15 years. Easily selected and ordered shoes online at midday and received them by the same time the next day! Will only shop online from now on. So easy.

Unfortunately shoes are made for a more narrow foot but as I only found out after one run they are already on the secondhand market.

I had very specific requirements for my new running shoes and Nick was extremely patient, offering very sage advice but not pushing me towards any particular shoe. Despite having to bring out numerous pairs of shoes he gives you his full attention and listens to your feedback. I am confident I now have the right shoes for me as he took into account my gait, mileage, niggles etc. He also suggested another half size up which I wasn't keen on but when he explained why I realized I probably should have done this years ago already.
