The service from the sweatshop is always great, so 5 out of 5 for that and no complaints. Unfortunately the lower rating given is because in this instance I've landed up unhappy with the shoe I purchased. I felt unstable in the shoe, on the 4 day hike I've just taken part in and the fabric gives a look of being dirty and trapping dirt very quickly. I've always been an Asics fan, but in this instance I regret my choice!
