I purchased these shoes at the Sweat Shop Dunkeld west three weeks ago, very affordable, even got a discount. Shoes very comfortable, nice color and very light. I ran the Two Oceans ultra marathon and finished the race comfortably without experiencing any pain on my feet.

When making recommendations reassure the client that you’re making a choice purely based on their needs. Then don’t just offer 2 different brands for fitting. Offer a range and give the client some real estate in the deliberations. Don’t come over as if you’re posturing ! Take time to reassure client what the best option from the suggested range would be

Musa is the reason I bought from you-- I had visited store one month prior, and he took time to explain and recommend perfect fit for me. On purchase, one of the younger employees fitted the " inner toe shields" for me, unfortunately the right shoe is not properly aligned
