The WAVE SKY 4 is Mizuno's well-cushioned trainer built to go the distance. It makes for many soft and smooth miles and a consistent experience.
Unlike other Mizuno shoes, the WAVE SKY 4 doesn't contain a Wave Plate (a wave-shaped plastic plate that adds structure and spring to a shoe). Instead, FoamWave is used, which is strategically layered foams orientated to give you a soft, stable and durable ride.
