ASICS gave the GLIDERIDE™ GUIDESOLE™ technology by carving its midsole into a rocker shape. This curved shape helps reduce ankle flexion, which in turn reduces the amount of work your other leg muscles have to do to keep you moving forward.
The GLIDERIDE™ also uses responsive Flytefoam cushioning which dampens impact and returns energy to your stride.
