A favourite returns. Made for the runner looking for a shoe they can wear daily, the Nike Air Zoom Structure 23 keeps you cushioned with a plush, ventilated design. It's been built with a purpose—to give you a comfortable, secure and trusted training partner for your miles.
What's new:
Nike have removed the medial stability post underneath the arch, which has been a traditional stability feature in previous Structure models. Instead, it now uses guide rails: which is assymetrical cushioning that is extended higher along the the medial aspect of the shoe which help keep your foot centred through transitions. The structure also has a naturally wide base which give you a balanced stance. Overall, users may find that it now offers mild stability rather than moderate-high stability.
The Structure 23 makes use midsole material foam called CMP 101, which is forgiving underfoot and softer than before.
